The Master of Business Administration program blends a rigorous curriculum with convenience and affordability to meet the needs of working professionals. With just three on-campus dates required per semester blended with online webinars, Rio’s MBA can be completed in one year at less than $20,000!

Limited enrollment ensures students enjoy one-on-one attention from highly respected and accomplished faculty as they gain the knowledge and skills necessary for career achievement and advancement. The program also provides hands-on experience through the Center for Small Business Entrepreneurship to master essential skills in management, critical thinking, problem solving and communication.

The rigorous nature of the MBA program requires an undergraduate degree, as well as five prerequisite courses, for admission. All prerequisite courses are available through Rio’s Pre-MBA program:

  • Accounting Fundamentals
  • Principles of Management
  • Microeconomics
  • Probability and Statistics
  • Business Law

Admission into the MBA program also requires a proficiency profile, application, personal statement, three letters of recommendation, personal interview with MBA admissions committee, official transcripts and work experience. The MBA program also is available on a two year, part-time track.
